Jayalalithaa changes one candidate in Tamil Nadu

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J.Jayalalithaa on Tuesday changed her AIADMK's candidate for the Aruppukottai assembly seat.

In a statement issued here, Jayalalithaa, also the AIADMK supremo, said Vagai Selvan will be the party's official candidate for the seat instead of M.G.Muthuraja announced earlier.

On Monday, she announced AIADMK's list of candidates for 227 seats in Tamil Nadu for the May 16 assembly elections.
