There was moderate fog on Monday morning. The minimum temperature was recorded at 6.6 degrees Celsius, a notch below the season's average.
"The sky will remain clear with moderate or shallow fog in the morning," an official from the India Meteorological Department told IANS.
According to the weather office, the humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 92 per cent and the visibility was 250 metres.
The maximum temperature on Monday was likely to hover around 23 degrees Celsius.
Sunday's maximum temperature settled at 23 degrees Celsius, one notch below the season's average, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 7.2 degrees Celsius, season's average.
