A 30-year-old woman and her five-year-old son were killed Thursday after their car was hit by another speeding vehicle here, police said Thursday.
The incident was reported from Delhi's Narela area around 1.45 a.m. Thursday. The vehicle that hit their car has not been identified.
The woman Renu along with her son Akshit were heading towards their home in Haryana in the car after attending a marriage ceremony here when the incident took place.
They were taken to a nearby hospital where they were declared dead.
The car driver, Sanjay, also received injuries in the accident but is out of danger.
