New Delhi, April 22 (IANS) It was a partly cloudy Monday in Delhi with the weather office holding out the prospect of rain. The minimum temperature was two notches below average at 20.9 degrees Celsius.

The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 33 degrees Celsius. The maximum temperature Sunday was five notches below average at 32.6 degrees Celsius, said an official of the India Meteorological Department.
