PDP activist shot dead in Srinagar

Militants shot dead a Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) activist on Sunday on the outskirts of Srinagar city.

Police said the militants fired from close range at Muhammad Amin Bhat in Gangbugh area. He was rushed to a hospital where he succumbed to his injuries, a police officer said.
