Singer Nicole Scherzinger has turned to spirituality to help her through her split from Lewis Hamilton.
"I got really deep into my spirituality. I know that's not what you really talk about over here but for me it's been my saviour," she said while speaking to The Sun.
"A lot of time in relationships people lose themselves - they lose that sparkle, that shine, their purpose and how 'schmazing' they can be. For me, I had to get back to my core, my centre, my soul."
Scherzinger and the British Formula One racing driver ended their relationship after five years this summer, but have been spotted meeting at a hotel in London, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
Commenting upon that, she said: "We're just friends. Just friends. We just, um, met up to speak that night. That's all."
Scherzinger is currently working on the latest series of "The X-Factor".
