Wednesday's demonstrations in saw protesters chanting slogans and setting fire to the Israeli and US flags, while others held posters of US with the slogan "Go to hell".

The majority of the international community has condemned Israel's use of lethal force along the border in which at least 112 Palestinians have been killed and 12,000 injured since March 30.

However, the US blamed the violence on the Islamist movement Hamas, which governs the strip.
