Ter Stegen, Mascherano join Barcelona for Bilbao tie

Barcelona's German goalkeeper Marc ter Stegen and Argentine defender Javier Mascherano have passed medical checks to enter the 18-footballer list for Sunday's La Liga clash against Athletic Bilbao.

The list did not include Dutch goalkeeper Jasper Cillessen, who was presented on Friday, because the Catalan club still has not received the necessary papers to officially enrol him, reports Efe.

Coach Luis Enrique's squad included Brazilian Rafinha, who won a gold medal with his national team at the just concluded Rio Olympic Games, and Portuguese Andre Gomes, who was suspended for one match.
