Television actor Thakur Anoop Singh, who is currently busy shooting for Suriya's Tamil actioner "S3", will make his Telugu debut as the antagonist in Sai Dharam Tej-starrer "Winner".
Being directed by Gopichand Malineni, the project will hit the screens worldwide on February 24 next year.
"Anoop is playing the baddie. Although I can't divulge more information, I can assure it will be a very interesting role," Malineni told IANS.
The film will feature Sai in the role of an editor of a fashion magazine and Rakul Preet Singh, who plays the leading lady, as an athlete.
Currently on the floors in Hyderabad, the makers plan to shoot in Georgia and Turkey for nearly a month soon.
Nallamalupu Bujji and Tagore Madhu are jointly producing the film.
