'The Fosters' back in January 2014

Actress Jennifer Lopez's TV show "The Fosters" will return with the second half of its first season in January next year, reports contactmusic.com.

Lopez is the executive producer on the show.

The series follows the lives of the Foster family, a lesbian couple raising children together. It stars Teri Polo and Sherri Saum as gay parents.
