Three students were washed away by flash floods in Ramban district of Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday, police said.
"Three stud ents identified as Rakesh Kumar, Payal and Shiwali were killed by flash floods triggered by a cloudburst in Batote area of Ramban on Thursday evening," a senior police officer told IANS here.
The officer said two bodies had been recovered while a search was still on to locate the body of the third.
All the three were residents of Ladwal village in Batote.
