Woman found murdered at Delhi house

A 23-year-old woman was found murdered with three stab wounds in her face at her house here, police said Sunday.

Suman was found lying in a pool of blood around 8.30 a.m. Sunday by her mother at her home in west Delhi's Shahbad Dairy area.

Police said the woman may have been attacked with a screwdriver or a knife.

A police official suspected the involvement of someone known to the woman.
