Young migrant found dead in France

A young migrant was found dead in a truck in the French port city of Calais on Tuesday.

A truck driver found the body "probably crushed by pallets", Calais authorities said in a statement.

The victim was a 20-year-old Iraqi migrant who was attempting to cross over to London, it added.

His identity was being investigated.

At least 11 people have been killed since early June while trying to cross into Britain by boarding lorries and trains from Calais.
