Nothing, on the face of it, till you read this joke doing the rounds on Twitter: “2016 has been really bad for big notes like Rs 1,000, Rs 500 and Samsung Galaxy Note 7.” To help you make the connect, here’s a small explanation: Samsung had to permanently stop production of the Galaxy Note 7 less than two months after its release as the phone caused hundreds of reported fires and explosions worldwide.
