Caste conundrum

And here's the latest on the caste-and-census conundrum. It now transpires that, shaken by the number of castes in our country (30,000, at last count), the government has estimated the census will enumerate only other backward classes and non-other backward classes. So, if you don't know whether you're a backward or not, Boy, are you in trouble...!
