Foreign secy's long march

Foreign Secretary Shiv Shankar Menon had to address a press conference at Shastri Bhawan last Monday. But on the way, he got stuck in a traffic jam, which has become a routine problem in the Capital. After waiting for a few minutes, Menon realised that it might take a long time for his car to enter Shastri Bhawan. So, the foreign secretary left the car along with his officers, started walking and reached Shastri Bhawan while the jam outside was still continuing.
