Shiv Sena has been relentlessly criticising the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), its coalition partner in Maharashtra. The Sena takes potshots at the Narendra Modi-led BJP government mostly through its mouthpiece, Marathi-language newspaper Saamana. Party president Uddhav Thackeray and some other senior leaders have also been vocal in their criticism of many of BJP’s policies. Sena scion and Uddhav’s son Aditya Thackeray has just jumped on the trolling bandwagon.
