Come poll-eve, and it is common to see various government ministries issuing advertisements detailing the achievements of their political masters. What is curious, however, is that the ads from the civil aviation ministry were jointly sponsored by as many as a dozen different companies including Air India, GMR, GVK, Jet Airways, Kingfisher and SpiceJet.
