Trading in horses

During the personal interviews for the next lot of IAS officials, held in the capital recently, a candidate was asked what he knew about horse-trading. Within a second, he replied, “It happens in Parliament”. The interviewers’ panel burst out laughing and, presumably, the candidate was chosen.
