Several corporate personalities have raised their voices against IndiGo airlines for allegedly mishandling one of its passengers.
Vijay Shekhar Sharma, founder of Paytm, also aired his concern about the behaviour of the airline staff via Twitter, however, the responses he received from users on the site was unexpected. Diverging from the IndiGo episode, dozens of tweets bashed the customer service of Paytm. Troubleshooters had to intervene on Paytm’s official Twitter handle to soothe irate customers.
