A number of messages circulating in social media are making fun of how the Central Depository Services has pipped its parent company BSE in terms of stock performance. At a recent event when BSE Chairman Sudhakar Rao was asked the same question, he gave a father-and-son analogy. He said there was no better moment of pride for a father than to see his child prosper more than him.
