Jivo Wellness, one of the pioneers of Canola Oil has announced the '2+2 liter scheme', which offers '2+2 litre bottles super saver pack' at Rs 460/- only.
The firm claims this consumer-centric scheme has been brought on shelves to lighten the burden of skyrocketing food and commodities prices on consumers and housewives. Unlike other cooking oils, Jivo Canola Cooking Oil provides the highest unsaturated (good) fats and the lowest saturated (bad) fats amongst all cooking oils in the world.
According to RPS Kohli, director and promoter, Jivo Wellness, “We thought of coming up with such a scheme which could help common man to overcome the problems of inflation and keep the health of the whole family intact. And we are sure that our scheme '2+2 Litre bottles Super Saver Pack' will solve the purpose to much extent.”
Canola oil is popular in foreign countries just because of its nutritious contents and now its time to acquire momentum in Indian hearts as well. It has been seen that we Indians are more prone to enter the dreaded heart attack zone just at the age of 35 while rest of the world enters at 55.
The US health regulator USFDA allows Canola oil to claim that, "Eating about 1-1/2 tablespoons (19 grams) of Canola Oil daily may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease due to the unsaturated fat content in Canola Oil. To achieve this possible benefit, Canola Oil is to replace a similar amount of saturated fat."
