Mudra Group's LLC team wins at World HRD Congress awards for 5th consecutive year

Mudra Group’s LLC (Leadership, Learning and Change) team won 4 awards at the ‘Employer Branding Awards’ conducted by the World HRD Congress. The awards were won in the following categories - ‘Organizational Development and Leadership’, ‘Best HR strategy in Line with Business’ and ‘Excellence in HR through Technology’. Accompanying this win, Mudra Group was also ranked No.18 in the ‘Best Employer of the Year’ category. 

This is Mudra Group’s fifth consecutive win at the World HRD Congress Awards. The first award was bagged in the year 2007 for ‘Continuous Innovation in HR Strategy at Work’. In the year 2010, Mudra Group was awarded ‘Excellence in HR through Technology’ and ‘Best HR strategy in Line with Business’ at the Asia Level. This award function normally sees over 500 companies participating every year, some of which include, Hindustan Unilever, Standard Chartered Bank, Tata Consultancy Services, LG, Aircel, HDFC, Mahindra & Mahindra, Johnson & Johnson, Infosys, Hero Honda, Group M, Tata Group and L&T.
