R-Infra buys back 5,00,000 equity shares

Reliance Infrastructure (R-Infra) has today bought back 5,00,000 equity shares of the Company, pursuant to the buy-back programme of the company. 

The company has announced a program for buyback of equity shares for an aggregate amount of up to Rs 1,000 crore. 

The company has so far bought back 3.479 million equity shares under the buy-back programme for an aggregate amount of Rs 192.96 crore.
