Inclement weather holds up CM's flight

Patnaik, who was scheduled to arrive here at 4.35 pm after his visit to Koraput district, spent more than two hours at Vishakhapatanam and was finally able to return at about 8.05 pm after the weather improved, said an official at the Chief Minister's Office.
