One person was missing and presumed dead while two more were injured today in an accidental landmine explosion in Sri Lanka's Jaffna area, the former LTTE stronghold.
The military said the victims had gone to the jungle to collect firewood in Muhamalai area when explosion occurred.
The area is still under the landmine clearance of Halo Trust.
