Ten people have been killed and 38 others injured when a tanker collided with a bus in China's southwest Yunnan province, officials said today.
The incident occurred on a highway in Lancang city's Yunxian county last night, the city government said.
The cement tanker veered off the road after colliding with the coach bus carrying 47 people, including two drivers, it said.

The bus, en route from Gengma county to the provincial capital Kunming, overturned on the road, state-run Xinhua news agency reported.
Nine persons were killed on the spot while another died later in a hospital. The injured people were admitted to nearby hospitals, it said.
