15 teams for Malwa Trophy

"The tournament carrying a cash prize of Rs 1 lakh to the winner and Rs 55,000 to the runner-up will be held at Sironj town from January 29 to February 03," Madhya Pradesh Culture and Public Relations Minister, Laxmikant Sharma told reporters.

The sports event is organised every year in memory of Late Pandit Chandra Mohan Sharma.

The 15 teams taking part in the tournament are RCF, Mumbai; Union Bank, Mumbai; City Club, Gondia; Rabbani Club, Kamti; Beed Football Academy (All Maharashtra); Jamia Veterans, Delhi; Sahara, Lucknow; MRC Jamalpur (Bihar); Samleshwari Porting, Sambalpur (Orissa); Jaipur XI; Heros Club, Kota; Aadivasi Club, Indore; United Club, Mhow; Jammu Kashmir and Rajasthan Police.
