16 men arrested for gambling; Rs 10,300 stake money seized

: Sixteen men have been arrested in the city for allegedly gambling and Rs 10,300 stake money seized from them, police said today.

Based on a tip-off during routine surveillance, a private lodging house in West Mambalam here was checked late last night and 16 men were found gambling there.

They were arrested and the money seized, police said.
