2 killed, 1 injured in road mishap in Punjab

Two persons were killed and one was seriously injured after their motorcycles lost control and crashed due to stray cattle on the Moga-Ferozepur road near Duneke village, police said today.

The victims have been unidentified as Jagdev Singh and Jaspreet Sing, and the injured Jagdeep Singh was hospitalised, they said.

The mishap took place last night, police said, adding the bodies were handed over to their families after postmortem.
