2 killed as truck hits car on Jaipur-Delhi highway

Two persons were killed and as many injured when a car in which they were travelling was hit by a truck near Paota on Jaipur-Delhi highway.

The truck jumped the divider and collided head-on with the car which was going to Delhi from Jaipur, Additional SP Adarsh Siddhu said.

The truck overturned on the car leaving three passengers of the car and one pedestrian trapped beneath it, he said.

Two passengers died on the spot while the critically injured are being treated at a local hospital of Kotputali, he said.
