2 mobile phones recovered from inmate in Neemka jail

Two mobile phones were recovered from an inmate lodged in Neemka Jail here during a surprise check, police said today.

During the check, Deputy Superintendent complained that two mobile phones, two SIM cards and a mobile charger were recovered from his possession, a police spokesperson said.

Another mobile phone and a SIM card was also found in the jail barracks during the inspection.

Police have lodged a complaint in this regard and further investigation is on.
