Union Secretary of Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) C Viswanath today said 20 states of the country have implemented the Right to Services Act.
"As many as 20 have been implemented Right to Services Act and most of the states are having a lot of services on the electronic mode also," he said during the two-day national workshop on Public Service Delivery here.
Viswanath said officers would be designated to ensure that the services are delivered in a time bound manner.

DARPG in collaboration with Department of Public Policy and Public Administration (DPP&PA), Central University of Jammu is organising the workshop.
More than 40 delegates, including state secretaries and directors from 20 states, are participating in the programme.
