23 girl students hospitalised following nausea

As many as 23 students of Government Women's Polytechnic, who were staying in the hostel, were today admitted to government hospital following nausea.

As one of the students started vomitting and fainted after taking idli and sambar for the breakfast, more students complained of stomach ache, police said.

All the affected students were immediately admitted to government hospital and the their condition was stable, police said.
