Punjab government today said it has appointed 26 judicial officers as Additional District and Sessions Judges in the state.
The appointments were made on the recommendations of Punjab and Haryana High Court, a spokesperson of the Department of Home Affairs and Justice said in a release issued here.
Among those who are posted as Additional District and Sessions Judges are Muneesh Arora at Amritsar, Jaspal Verma at Ludhiana, Ranjeet Kaur at Faridkot, Rakesh Kumar at Bathinda, Harish Anand at Roop Nagar, Ashok Kapoor at Amritsar, Ranjan Kumar Khullar at Gurdaspur, Karamjit Singh Sullar at Mansa, Jaspinder Singh at Ludhiana, Rajeev K Beri at Gurdaspur, Sandeep Singh Jossan at Patiala and Balwant Singh at Jalandhar, he said.
