28-year-old man dies after jumping infront of moving train

A 28-year-old man allegedly committed suicide by jumping infront of a moving train near Baramasi crossing on Amethi Lucknow rail line here today, police said.

The deceased has been identified as Prem Singh, a resident of Korari Girdhar Shah village, they said.

Efforts are on to ascertain the reasons behind the extreme step, police said.

The body has been sent for postmortem, they added.
