3,000 chickens, 7 structures washed away in flash flood

A poultry farm, along with 3,000 chickens, and seven huts were washed away in flash flood in the district today.

However, there was no loss of human life reported so far in the flash flood triggered in Barnaie belt of Jammu, police said.

A school wall and six small grass hutments of cattle of tribal Gujjars were washed away in Dhartriyal village in Jammu, they said.
