Three accomplices of Ram Vraksha Yadav, the leader of the sect which had encroached Jawahar Bagh here and indulged in violent clashes with police, will be booked under the stringent National Security Act (NSA), police said today.
"Chandan Bose, Rakesh Gupta and Viresh Yadav will be booked under the NSA," SSP (Mathura) Babul Kumar said.
He said police and district administration were preparing a report which will be sent to the Centre with the approval of the District Magistrate.
Voilent clashes had broken out between the encroachers and police when the latter tried to clear the land under court orders in June. The violence left 29 people dead, including two police officers.
