3 killed, 10 injured in road accident in UP

At least three people were killed and about ten others injured in a road accident near Asanhara Durga temple in Bansi Kotwali area here, police said.

The deceased were resting under a tree when the passenger bus hit them and overturned, police said.

While Raj Kapoor (26), Sahab Ram (25) and Puran Masi (35) were killed on the spot, ten passengers in the bus also sustained minor injuries, they said.

The bodies have been sent for post mortem, said police.
