3 months required to implement Shah Shetty commission report

Tamil Nadu Government today informed Madras High Court that it would implement within three months the recommendations of Shetty Commission related to service conditions of employees of sub-ordinate courts.

Advocate General A.L. Somayaji undertook to ensure that the recommendations of the commission, set up to look into the service conditions of sub-ordinate courts, would be implemented in three months.

The petition was filed by Tamil Nadu Ministerial Officers Association.
