Three persons were injured when the diesel tank of a truck they were dismantling caught fire in Najafgarh area here today.
As per the fire officials, the three men, identified as Sriram, Amit and Jawahar suffered 10, 20 and 90 per cent burn injuries respectively in the incident and have been admitted to Safdurjung hospital for treatment.
According to the police, the incident took place around noon when the three scrap dealers were dismantling a truck using welding equipments near Sai mandir area.
Suddenly, the diesel tank of the truck caught fire injuring the three.
A case has been registered at Najafgarh police station and further investigations are on, police said.
