30 pilgrims injured as bus overturns

At least 30 pilgrims on way to the Ajmer dargah were injured, eight of them seriously, when a bus they were travelling in overturned on the Delhi-Jaipur National Highway near Alwar today.

The seriously injured passengers were admitted to two separate hospitals, police said.

About 60 pilgrims from Bihar were on way to the dargah of Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti for paying obeisance when their bus overturned around 0330 hrs, they said.

The driver was among the injured.
