35-yr-old man thrashed to death

A 35-year-old man died as result of being badly beaten up by a group of four persons who mistook him for a thief, police said today.

In the incident which took place in Sigahi village in the Haraiya area last night, one Kale Babu died on the spot after being thrashed heavily with sticks by the four persons, who have been placed under arrest.
