4 killed, 9 injured in TN road mishap

Four members of a family were killed and nine others injured when their van collided with a stationary vehicle near here today, police said.

The occupants of the van were on their way here from Chennai when the mishap occurred at Manapatti, 40 km from here early this morning.

Three men and a woman were killed on the spot while the injured had been admited to the government hospital at Melur, they added.
