5 arrested, 2 machine guns recovered

Five persons were arrested and and two machine guns along with loaded magazines recovered from them by Manipur police from Moirang last evening.

The arrested individuals included three women, police sources said.

The five were travelling in an auto when they were halted by the police for random frisking.

Details on the identity of the arrested were not divulged for investigation, the sources said.
