6-year-old girl gangraped in Etah, four held

A 6-year-old girl was allegedly gangraped at Nagla Beech village under Jaithera Kotwali here, police said today.

They said the incident happened on March 23 when three accused, who are from the girl's neighbourhood, took the girl out of her home on some pretext.

They said the three accused were joined by some some other persons, who allegedly threatened to kill her.

The Aliganj Circle Officer said police arrested four persons in connection with the case today.

A case under relevant sections of the IPC has been registered and a manhunt has been launched to arrest the absconding accused, he said.
