Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan has been signed up as the face of an education initiative 'You Read, They Learn'.
The 37-year-old star will participate in this programme which will help educate underprivileged children.
"I am extremely proud to be associated with this initiative. I have been blessed and fortunate. And I look forward to encourage people across the country to help equip these underprivileged children, who are fighting a battle every day of their lives, with the most powerful tool of education," Abhishek said in a statement.
The Bollywood actor will join Indian cricketer Gautam Gambhir, who has been part of this Hindustan Times initiative since last year.
