An absconder, involved in various cases of theft and on the run for over a decade, was today arrested from Rampura area of Jammu and Kashmir, police said.
Raman Kumar was today arrested from Rampura area under Gandhi Nagar police station, police said.
He was evading arrest for past eleven years. He was involved in a number of theft cases in Jammu.
