ACB not probing any case involving Delhi MLAs: Govt

The Anti-Corruption Branch of the national capital is not probing any case of bribery or corruption which involves any MLA, the was informed today.

The ACB has registered a total of 45 cases since March 2015, Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Hansraj Gangaram Ahir said in a written reply.

"Directorate of Vigilance, has informed that out of 45 cases registered since March 2015, there is no such case, in which any prima facie involvement of any elected to the Assembly, has been found till date," the reply said.
