Four government employees were found missing from their duty today during a surprise visit by Chief Medical Officer at a community health centre here following which they were issued show-cause notices.
CMO Ashok Kumar made a surprise visit at the health centre in Tiholi village of the district on the the instructions of District Magistrate of Jagat Raj Tripathi and found the four employees, including a female staff, missing from the duty.
The officer issued show-cause notices to the employees on the direction of the DM followed by deduction of their one day salary.
Earlier, the DM, at Tehsil Divas, had cautioned the concerned officials to solve the public problems on priority as per government rules otherwise to they will face stern action.
